1.1 This website and its services are operated by LiquidFrameTheory, a web design studio with registered office at Calle Pablo Casals, 23, 28981 Parla, Madrid, Spain.
1.2 Tax identification: NIF/CIF B-88421073 · VAT (IVA) ESB88421073 · Reg. Mercantil de Madrid, Tomo 41.283, Folio M-731994, Hoja 112 · CNAE 6201.
1.3 Contact for all legal, privacy, and billing matters: [email protected] · Telephone +34 641 59 23 86.
1.4 The competent jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these terms is the courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the customer's country of residence.
2.1 Controller. LiquidFrameTheory is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, the contact order slip, and direct correspondence. Enquiries may be directed to [email protected].
2.2 Data collected. We process identification and contact data you submit voluntarily: name, email address, telephone number, company name, project notes, and any budget or interest selections recorded on the order slip.
2.3 Purpose & legal basis. Data is processed to answer enquiries, prepare and execute service agreements, issue invoices and statutory tax records, and — where consent is given — to send occasional studio notices. Legal bases are contract performance (Art. 6.1.b), legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c), and consent (Art. 6.1.a).
2.4 Retention. Enquiry correspondence is retained for a maximum of 24 months. Contractual and invoicing records are retained for the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law (generally up to 6 years).
2.5 Recipients. Data is not sold. It is shared only with hosting and email providers acting as processors under Article 28 agreements, and with tax authorities where legally required.
2.6 Rights. You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection rights, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
3.1 Scope. These terms govern all design, development, and advisory services offered by LiquidFrameTheory. Individual commissions are confirmed by a written quote or statement of work referencing these terms.
3.2 Quotes & payment. Prices are quoted in euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. A 40% deposit reserves the schedule; the balance falls due on handover. Invoices are payable within 14 days by bank transfer. Late payments accrue interest at the legal rate plus recovery costs.
3.3 Schedule. Turnaround figures quoted on the service register begin on the date the deposit and all required content are received. Delayed client feedback extends delivery dates by an equivalent period.
3.4 Revisions. Each line item includes two rounds of proofing. Additional rounds, scope additions, or out-of-band requests are billed at €65 per hour with prior written approval.
3.5 Intellectual property. On receipt of full payment, all rights in the client-specific deliverables — layouts, source files, and custom artwork — transfer to the client. LiquidFrameTheory retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise. Third-party fonts, stock, and libraries remain subject to their own licences.
3.6 Client obligations. The client warrants that all materials supplied (text, images, trademarks) are lawful and licensed, and indemnifies LiquidFrameTheory against claims arising from client-supplied content.
3.7 Liability. Liability for any claim arising from a commission is limited to the amount actually paid for that commission. LiquidFrameTheory is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for third-party platform outages.
5.1 Cooling-off. Consumers resident in the EU may withdraw from a remote contract within 14 days of payment as required by Directive 2011/83/EU. If work has already begun at your request, a proportionate amount corresponding to work completed is deducted.
5.2 Deposits. The scheduling deposit is refundable in full if cancellation is notified in writing before the project start date. After start, the deposit is non-refundable as it reserves capacity already committed.
5.3 Milestone payments. Work completed and approved at the time of cancellation is invoiced proportionally; any prepaid balance beyond completed work is returned within 14 days of the cancellation request.
5.4 Defects. If a delivered element materially deviates from the agreed brief, LiquidFrameTheory will remedy it at no cost within 30 days of written notice. Where remedy is impossible, a fair partial refund will be issued.
5.5 Retainers. Monthly care retainers may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date; the current month is non-refundable once activated. Data and backups are returned on request before account closure.
5.6 How to request. Send refund requests to [email protected] quoting your invoice or slip number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
